Meet Gertie & Gordo!

Meet Gordo & Gertie! Gertie and Gordo are an adorable duo that we saved from the shelter and adopted from us last September and are now being returned to us thru no fault of their own. They are crate and potty trained and love playing with toys and each other. They MUST be fostered / adopted together as they have been thru so much and have only ever been able to count on each other for unconditional love. They are estimated to be between 1-2 year old and each around 10 lbs. We need adopters to commit to forever with our animals. It is so confusing, heartbreaking and unfair to be passed around over and over because humans keep failing them. Gordo is a 1 year old Parson Terrier. He absolutely loves a good Nyla bone while laying in the sun. He is still a rambunctious puppy at times and loves to play wrestle with the pack, run laps in the backyard and play fetch with tenni balls. He is almost yard trained, but does know how to use a puppy pad. Loves to give kisses and sometimes he gets a little mouthie, but accepts correction immediately. I am working on his mouthie play issues. He loves to take walks with his sister and fantastic on a leash.-- Meet Gertie! Gertie is a 1 year old Parson Terrier that loves to cuddle on your lap and snuggle under your chin. She loves to play with stuffies and lay in sun in the backyard. She is yard trained and walks on a leash beautifully. She is not a whiner or barker, unless an unfamiliar person walks in, then she take a few minutes to warm up, but quiets down quickly.
