Meet Chevrolet (Chevy) & Dodge 💛 A bonded mother–son Golden Retriever duo looking for a forever home to spend the rest of their golden years (pun fully intended). Due to a personal emergency, these two sweet souls are in need of a new home. They’ve been in their foster home for about an week and are already thriving. True to the Golden Retriever stereotype, they love kids and get along great with other dogs. Chevy is mama and 13 years young. Don’t let the number fool you—she still has a ton of energy and so much love to give. She enjoys romping and playing and definitely gives her boy a run for his money. If you didn’t know her age, you’d never guess she was 13. Dodge is her 9-year-old son and a total love bug with endless enthusiasm. He’s obsessed with his ball, loves a good game of fetch (even if he doesn’t always want to give it back), and adores his mama—she’s usually right there running alongside him. He has no idea he’s a big boy and will happily try to climb into your lap whenever possible. Despite being senior Goldens, they have a lot of energy and need daily exercise. Without proper physical and mental stimulation, they can get a little destructive. Kennels aren’t their favorite, but they do very well in the house when their needs are met.
