Meet Angel!

Meet Angel! Angel is a 7 year old, 80lb Pit Bull Terrier mix. We once heard her described as a “big lazy girl” and find that description to be totally accurate… except for the times when she flings around her turquoise unicorn stuffed toy and chases balls – she does “dog” very well. Angel wants to be next to you, all the time. She bonds quickly and continually maneuvers in for you to pet her. She will snuggle with you and seems to not realize exactly how large she is. Angel is physically very strong, so an ideal owner for her would be very comfortable with this. Her protective instincts are fierce so this should be taken into account; she has a deep and mighty growl and has “shown teeth” before when she feels she is defending her home and “her people.” She is potty trained and will do best in a house with a backyard where she can roam freely, do her business, and have access to sunbath. We were told she is seven years old, but imagine she is older OR has arthritis that may make getting up and down harder. For the most part, this girl is super chill and content.
