Meet Nelson!

Meet Nelson! This guy was brought into our rescue after being transported from out of state. Although a little nervous with new people at first, all it takes is a gentle approach and he warms up quite fast when you allow him to come to you. After a few days of TLC, he’s a complete lovebug, truly - the kind that will baby crawl up onto you just to snuggle. Friendly with dogs and super friendly with people, at the end of the day, Nelson’s perfect home would have a doggie friend and lots of pats and attention to give! He can be a little vocal while adjusting to new surroundings, but once used to its pace he calms down and is mild-mannered with an affectionate and communicative personality.
