Meet Rosie!

Meet Rosie – an 8-year old Maltipoo - has undergone quite a transformation! She arrived in foster extremely overweight, had difficulty standing, and was terribly sad after losing her elderly human. But after a few months of healthy food, long daily walks and lots of kisses, she’s now a fit and very happy little girl. Rosie has luxating patellas (mild), so it’s critical that she maintain a healthy weight. She will need a family who is committed to giving her daily exercise and resisting her shameless (but adorable) begging for people-food. Rosie is house-trained, friendly with everyone she meets, and she excels at ensuring no deliveries go unannounced (although she’s otherwise a quiet, low key dog). While she is very well-behaved when left alone, she will be happiest in an adult-only home where someone is around most of the time. An avid sunbather and turf sniffer, a fenced yard is a must.
