Meet Momo!

Say Hello to this cutie, Momo!! He is a 3 year old Cairn terrier mix and weighs around 20 lbs. This quirky, friendly boy is looking for a breed-experienced family that’s ready to have fun! With our volunteer, he has made a lot of progress. Momo is a little quirky and takes time to warm up to new people - he’s not a fan of being handled or quick movements that can startle him. Due to this, he would do best in a home with older kids (teenagers) that can allow him to decompress and adjust to his new family before they start picking him up and handling him. Once Momo decided he liked our volunteer, these behaviors disappeared! He’s now able to handled/picked up easily and is truly an affectionate dog who LOVES to get pet, especially under his collar! He just needs slow introductions to new people. Momo is also great with other dogs, although it may be best they’re about his size too! He can be intimidated around larger dogs. Momo would do best in a house vs an apartment as he’s a vocal boy and could be too loud for apartment life. To foster please fill out an app and then text 702-919-1441.
