Meet Rocky 2!

Say Hello to Rocky 2! He is a 3 year old, 10 lb, Maltipoo/YorkiePoo mix. This poor little guy was saved from a horrible situation where an ex boyfriend was abusing him. Not only was he being abused by humans, he was also being picked on by the other dogs in the home. As a result he would do best in a home without adult males, young children and initially without other dogs however, he is fine with cats. He does currently live with other dogs, although initially it took some time for him to get used to them. He experiences separation anxiety and sticks to the kind woman who saved him like glue. A female(s)-only household where someone is retired, works part-time, or works from home would be best for him. With proper training and time, I believe he can overcome his anxiety. He is motivated by food, can be possessive of his food and toys, enjoys playing fetch, doesn't mind car rides, and walks well on a leash.
