Chelsea is a loving little lady that loves to be cuddled by everyone. She is estimated to be about 8 years old and weighs around 9 lbs. She is good with other dogs and cats and is potty trained. She loves to go for a walk and is great on a leash. She's loves car rides. She hasn’t barked once at her foster home. She likes to fetch the ball but doesn’t bring it back to you all the time.
