Meet Poppy!

Meet Poppy, a 1 year old spayed Terrier mix that weighs 23 lbs. This sweet girl was saved from euthanasia at a high kill shelter due to overcrowding. Poppy is a funny but cautious girl and very quick to make new friends. Poppy is potty trained with a doggy door and like's to sunbathe. She likes to play with toys and knows how to properly initiate play time, with both small and big dogs. Her Zoomies are about the greatest thing you will witness. Shes been with seniors and minds herself well. She doesn't pick on them. She likes to take her naps on the bed and sleeps very well at night . Poppy enjoys watching sports and eating tasty snacks; she does the cutest little dance as she’s so excited for meals. Poppy does not do well with small children, she is afraid of them. So I would say a home with older children and adults only. Poppy would thrive in a home with other dogs. Shes very docile but loves kisses on her face. She loves sweet talk and being down on her level when she approaches..
