Meet Astrid!

Hi there!! My name is Astrid! I have just met you, but I already love you! You're awesome! Do you want to see my toys?? I love to play! Tugs or fetch are both great! No? Ok, then I will chew on my bone for a minute and then go on an adventure. I love the outdoors and like to wander around and sniff the flowers and plants--did you know they all smell different? I love treats, they are yummy in my tummy! My foster mom says I am a very smart girl and if she has a treat bag in her hand, I will do whatever she asks, seriously W H A T E V E R!! When I am not adventuring, I love good food and a nice soft bed to sit in and chew on my bones and play with my toys. Oh, I am friendly with other dogs as well, and currently live with 3 adult dogs (2 big ones and 1 small one), and my brother Wolfie – we love to wrestle, run, and play, play, play. Astrid is 12 weeks old and has been in a foster home since she was 10 days old, and is an incredibly smart girl. She is a female Shepherd/Bully mix, and her siblings are Beetlejuice (male), Rory (male) and Wolfie (male). Astrid was recently spayed and is ready to find her forever home today. She is in a loving foster home with both small and large dogs and wants to be part of a family pack (whether human or doggy). She has previous experience with using a doggie door, and can use potty pads, etc. She is in potty training now, and learning fast, she already prefers to go potty outside if given the opportunity. We think she will be a medium/large dog when fully grown.
