Meet Ina! Ina is a 1 year old female chihuahua mix that weighs 8 lbs. Ina was found abandoned locked inside a public baseball field, terrified and hungry. She was turned into the local shelter where she was placed on the dreaded list for being scared. Ina needs an experienced and patient foster/owner who can help her learn to trust humans. Although scared, she seeks out the attention of other small dogs and would benefit from being in a foster home with other calm dogs her size.
