Meet Ginger!

Meet Ginger! She is about 5 months now. We don’t have other dogs but my son has 2 dogs which she has been around.  She plays very well with them and shadows my sons large malinois/shepherd mix dog. She’s very good with kids although she’s still learning to play gently and no jumping.  She sits on command, is learning down, come and stay. We crate her at night and whenever leaving the house. She loves to play catch, is learning to walk by leash and working on stay command.  She’s very playful, full of energy and has quite the personality. You can tell when she thinks she’s in trouble or being scolded and her feelings are hurt. Her eyes are very expressive.  She’s goes to the door and whines to be let out to potty and as long as we catch her at the door we’ve only had a few accidents in the house.  She’s pretty independent and not a cuddler unless she wants to. When it’s her idea she snuggles up next to you and usually falls asleep.  She has a lot of chew toys and definitely needs them. She loves sticks and rocks if she can find them.
