Meet Dobby!

Meet Dobby! Dobby is a 2-year-old, 5 lb. chihuahua, neutered, up to date on shots and ready to go home. Dobby is the smallest boy with the biggest heart and is quiet as a mouse. He is eager to please you and just wants to be by your side or in your lap. He also loves to bury himself under fluffy blankets. He’s very smart and learned to potty outside very quickly but he has the occasional accident. He was nervous meeting his foster brother dogs but warmed up to them overnight.
