Meet Betty and Maggie!
Rescued by good samaritans from the desert, Betty (white) and Maggie (brown) are a bonded pair of terrier mixes that need to stay together. Both members of this very playful and energetic duo are approximately 1 ½ years old, spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on their vaccinations. Betty currently weighs 10 ½ pounds and Maggie weighs 9 pounds, however, both still need to regain a bit of weight after their desert wanderings. They are working on their potty training and basic commands. They love to “get into things”, so they need to be closely monitored in and out of the house so that they do not get into something you do not want them to or that might cause them harm. Betty and Maggie will benefit from having a family who is patient with their mischievous ways and has a yard for running, playing, and wrestling while also continuing to train them. They will also need to be provided with the necessary grooming that is required of their breed once their fur grows back long.
To meet Betty and Maggie, please fill out an adoption interest form on our website and the foster will get back to you shortly. Adoption fees and home checks apply.
