Freddy, the senior chihuahua, was saved from the local shelter at the very last minute. We’ve yet to come to a consensus on what happened to poor Freddy prior to arriving at the shelter. Since arriving in his foster home, he had been eating good food, enjoying life, and meeting new friends. Food is definitely one of his favorite things! At dinner time, he cheers on whoever is prepping his meal. Freddy is quite the gentleman- he gets along with everyone, human or animal. He doesn’t really like a lot of shenanigans, though. He has been known to flash his Fun Police badge and use his raspy old man voice when other dogs are playing. He’s almost got housetraining down, but will still need someone patient with that. We don’t think he spent much time in a house prior to coming to his foster home. Freddy likes to be carried, but he also walks on a leash. He’s great in the car. Freddy does have allergies, which we are working on, and also takes heart medication twice a day that he will need for the rest of his life. He’s had his teeth cleaned, too! Someone will be SO lucky to get Freddy! Freddy is with Connor and Millie's Dog Rescue CMDR in partnership with A Home 4 Spot Animal Rescue. Please fill out an application to meet him
