Meet River! 🐾💙
River is an adorable 3.5 month old Brussels Terrier mix weighing around 10 pounds, and he may be small, but he has a BIG puppy personality! This little boy is playful, curious, goofy, and always looking for his next adventure.
River absolutely LOVES being around other dogs — the more doggy friends, the better! 🐶🐶🐶 He loves running around with the pack, chasing his friends, and trying his very best to keep up with the bigger pups. A home with another friendly, playful dog would be a huge plus for him.
He’s also your typical silly puppy. River loves toys, zooming around the house, exploring everything he can find, and then crashing for a good puppy nap. One of his funniest little habits is “collecting” things and hiding them in his favorite spots. 😂 Whether it’s a toy or some other puppy treasure, River apparently believes in keeping a secret stash!
He’s sweet, social, adventurous, and always ready to play. When he finally wears himself out, he’s more than happy to settle in for some love and snuggles. 💙
Because River is such a tiny boy, no small children, please.
River is not yet neutered or fully vaccinated, so he will go home on a Foster With Intent to Adopt basis. His foster-to-adopt family must be able to take him to and from his upcoming vaccine and neuter appointments at our rescue veterinarian. Once he is fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped, his adoption can be finalized.
Requirements:
🐾 Current dogs in the home must be spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated
🐾 No small children due to River’s tiny size
🐾 Must be able to attend all required veterinary appointments through our rescue
🐾 A friendly doggy companion would be a BIG plus!
