Meet River! 🐾💕
River is an adorable 9-week-old Brussels Terrier mix weighing around 4 pounds, and she may be tiny, but she has a BIG puppy personality! This little girl is playful, curious, goofy, and always looking for her next adventure.
River absolutely LOVES being around other dogs — the more doggy friends, the better! 🐶🐶🐶 She loves running around with the pack, chasing her friends, and trying her very best to keep up with the bigger pups. A home with another friendly, playful dog would be a huge plus for her.
She’s also your typical silly puppy. River loves toys, zooming around the house, exploring everything she can find, and then crashing for a good puppy nap. One of her funniest little habits is “collecting” things and hiding them in her favorite spots. 😂 Whether it’s a toy or some other puppy treasure, River apparently believes in keeping a secret stash!
She’s sweet, social, adventurous, and always ready to play. When she finally wears herself out, she’s more than happy to settle in for some love and snuggles. ❤️
Because River is such a tiny girl, no small children, please.
River is not yet spayed or fully vaccinated, so she will go home on a Foster With Intent to Adopt basis. Her foster-to-adopt family must be able to take her to and from her upcoming vaccine and spay appointments at our rescue veterinarian. Once she is fully vetted, spayed, and microchipped, her adoption can be finalized.
Requirements:
🐾 Current dogs in the home must be spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated
🐾 No small children due to River’s tiny size
🐾 Must be able to attend all required veterinary appointments through our rescue
🐾 A friendly doggy companion would be a BIG plus!
